This was excellent. Pranav Behari was an fantastic choice to co-host. You two had a great chemistry and there were so many funny lines, although the topics were deadly serious. I liked Aaron phrase, "Cootie-based policitcs" and the memorable description of Pranav Behari's take on Karine Jean-Pierre as the "frist black, queer...fuehrer".
That was great and I hope you and Katie have him on again. I always found Jean-Pierre annoying as she seemed to take more pride in her identity than doing an honest job. If you applied thumb-screws she wouldn’t have said the words genocide or Palestinians.
I wish interviewers like Martha Raddick came prepared to interview people. When Bessant said he was a soybean farmer why couldn’t she point out to him most farmers’ net worth isn’t $500 million and forced him to acknowledge he dishonestly represented himself. But she either didn’t know or considered it irrelevant.
I kind of watch the Sunday "no news" shows and tolerate them by channel surfing. I was overcome by a powerful desire to put plastic straws up Bessent's nose since he apparently wanted viewers to note that there is no brain if you look up his nostrils.
They don’t want to learn from history. They just like throwing their weight around…until they can’t. And I can’t wait till they can’t. I have had enough.
Hate to shatter illusions, but anarchism is the ultimate philosophy of RESPONSIBILITY, which is why it's a nice idea that will never work. To be an anarchist you must devote yourself to responsibility for yourself, responsibility toward others, and responsibility for the entire planet. Obviously Trump is at the opposite end of the spectrum which is generally called CHAOS.
