CNN Declares Palestinian Civilian Death Ratio 'Tremendous'
The IDF falsely claims that it has a 2-to-1 civilian-to-Hamas kill count, and CNN is super impressed
Taking a break from acting as US state media, CNN has offered its services to the state of Israel and the IDF, and just in time too. This week, an IDF spokesperson announced that their kill ratio is 2 Palestinian civilians for every Hamas member.
While it’s unlikely they’re telling the truth (they’d have to have killed thousands of Hamas members by now), even this 2-to-1 ratio felt a little too unpalatable for viewers. So the anchors jumped in to explain why murdering two civilians at a time is actually a “tremendously positive” achievement.
Now, you may call this type of flagrant propaganda callous and sick, even evil, but… (please excuse technical difficulties, we’re trying to find an end to that sentence).
But that’s not all the media has in store for us this week. MSNBC brings on Israeli President Isaac Herzog to tell viewers that Israel is actually fighting this war on America’s behalf (thank you!), Lindsay Graham shocks everyone with his announcement that he no longer supports an aid package to Ukraine (they must really be losing ground), and of course Congress is very busy promoting the voices of poor, poor Ivy league students who have it so so hard.
Penn students whine, Harvard presidents complain, and Palestinian students are told they’re Holocaust deniers. Meanwhile, the schools in Gaza don’t exist anymore. Mad times indeed.
