"Livin' on a Prayer (for endless war)"
GOP presidential candidates are lining up to out do each other for the stupidest gesture to President Zelensky
This week GOP presidential candidate Chris Christie followed in Mike Pence and Sean Penn’s footsteps and paid President Zelensky a visit in Ukraine. And to up the absurdity of the US neocon parade through Kiev, Christie made an international name for himself by presenting Zelensky with hand-written lyrics to a Bon Jovi song that supposedly symbolized how Americans feel about the war in Ukraine:
“It's my life
It's now or never
But I ain't gonna live forever
I just want to live while I'm alive
My heart is like an open highway
Like Frankie said, "I did it my way"
I just want to live while I'm alive
It's my life.”
If you’re also confused how that has anything to do with the proxy war and the hundreds of billions of dollars we’ve sent to fund it, we’re still scratching our heads too.
But luckily, Katie helps Christie out by giving him some better Bon Jovi lyrics to deliver to Zelensky. And while our Jon Bovi parodies may be a work in progress, they still make more sense than the nonsense Chris Christie brought to Ukraine.
Plus, the PsyOp named Dean Phillips is gaining more and more traction in the corporate media world as our old prediction about him is becoming increasingly true. It’s our Thursday bonus episode. Let us know in the comments what corporate media monologues, interviews, or anything else you want to see on the next Thursday Throwdown.
