From MSNBC to Fox News, the media can all agree on two huge problems in the US today:

First, these workers have too much damn power! They ask for too much money, too many benefits, crazy things like healthcare, and refuse to work otherwise. Back in (insert Fox Business host)’s day, we worked for $5 an hour. Sure, this was a summer job that we didn’t need to survive on, but let me ask you this: what do nurses really do for us anyway? I’ll wait. Full stop. (Add other insufferable Twitter garbage here).

Second, those crazy far-right Republicans must be stopped from cutting spending on military or the FBI. Liz Cheney knows that weakness is provocative, and if we only spend $800 billion on defense, China and Russia will be storming the beaches of Brooklyn any day now. And on MSNBC, Joe Scarborough and Chuck Schumer claimed to agree that Black Lives Matter, and what proves that more than calling for more money for the FBI, historically a good friend to Black people?

At least we can rest assured that the American Cowboy is safe. What? He’s not? Oh shit. This is NOT good.

It’s our Thursday mini-episode. Let us know in the comments what corporate media monologues, interviews, or anything else you want to see on the next Thursday Throwdown.
