White House Triggered by “Genocide Joe” nickname
John Kirby calls you out for calling him out for committing genocide
It’s the Thanksgiving Throwdown, and no, the gratefulness of the holiday does NOT seem to affect our media and politicians this week. Which means we have an episode just as maddening as ever for you.
First up is Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who lulls a whimpering Fox News host in his loving cradle, explaining that Israel is actually fighting America’s war against terrorism. And all those dead civilians are just his way of saying: thanks.
With the Palestinian death count mounting higher and higher, only being paused when the bodies under the rubble have become too many to count, Joe Biden has earned the nickname ‘Genocide Joe.’ But don’t ask Communications Director John Kirby what he thinks of that nickname…
“This word genocide’s getting thrown around in a pretty inappropriate way,” he tells reporters. “Yes, there are too many civilian casualties in Gaza. Yes, the numbers are too high. Yes, too many families are grieving. But Israel is not trying to wipe the Palestinian people off the map. Israel is not trying to wipe Gaza off the map.”
So, as Useful Idiots does best, we answered John Kirby’s malicious lie with video evidence. Check out the mashup in which Israeli officials say their goal is exactly that.
Plus, if you’ve forgotten about Ukraine, that’s because the US government wanted you to. The numbers have come out, and we dare you to guess what percentage of land Ukraine has regained since the start of the war. Whatever you guess, the actual number will almost definitely be lower. Watch and find out.
It’s our Thursday bonus episode. Let us know in the comments what corporate media monologues, interviews, or anything else you want to see on the next Thursday Throwdown.
