Hey Useful Idiots,

Things, as promised, are truly getting crazy. What began in 2016 and has rapidly devolved into the Great Unravelling™ is fully upon us with farcical debates, nonsensical punditry, bizarre conspiracies, scary violence. And in the next week, we’ll watch the threads fall apart, completely and finally untethered.

So what’s next for American democracy? Will our hegemonic empire turn its control from far-away poor countries and back inward to regain control of itself? Will the rampant election denial from 2016 and 2020 descend into more violence until we erupt in civil war? Will we maintain our strict aristocracy or perhaps finally enjoy a taste of true anarchy?

All this week, we’ll be discussing it here on the Absurd Arena, laughing at terrible debates on Thursday Throwdown, playing drinking games while watching the corporate media pollsters, and never stop making fun of it all along the way. Stick with the Useful Idiots and hold on tight. We’re riding this one all the way down together.
