Great idea. Also, congrats for getting fired from The Hill for such a noble endeavor.

I am glad that Katie and Aaron were "tapped" for the onerous duty of watching Jake Tapper's unbearable (i.e., as in Russian bear) monologue because I am "tapped" out after one viewing. Please turn the "tap" off and let's watch "Spinal Tap" instead.

I think the same as you Katie, I think the military interests, Lockheed, NorthropGrummen etc. are pushing hard, and maybe also the Neocons, like those who urged for the invasion of iraq in 2003 are advocating for a military solution. I wish someone in the white house would step up and persuade the president to negotiate a peace.

I have a question. "Useful Idiots" was a label used by the Bolsheviks to describe well meaning but naive people who supported the Communists in the mistaken belief that they were fighting for social justice. After the communists took power the "Useful Idiots" were among the first to go before the firing squad. I can't understand why you would use this title unless you're unaware of its history and it means something else to you. Can you help me understand?
